Our Product Safety Policy is guided by applicable Nigerian regulatory requirements, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), quality-assurance principles and responsible pharmaceutical industry practices. 1. Product Quality and Manufacturing Safety
Jehyson is committed to maintaining robust quality systems throughout the product lifecycle. We ensure that raw materials, packaging materials, manufacturing processes and finished products are subject to appropriate quality controls and documented procedures.
Our manufacturing operations are designed to ensure that products consistently meet approved specifications for quality, safety, identity, strength, purity and performance. We maintain appropriate controls over production, equipment, facilities, personnel, documentation, testing and storage.
2. Regulatory Compliance
Jehyson will manufacture, distribute and market its products in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, regulatory approvals and product registrations.
We are committed to maintaining appropriate regulatory documentation and ensuring that product information, labelling, packaging, promotional materials and claims are consistent with approved requirements.

3. Product Testing and Quality Control
Before products are released to the market, appropriate quality-control procedures must be completed to confirm conformity with established specifications.
Jehyson maintains appropriate systems for:
Raw-material testing and approval
In-process quality checks
Finished-product testing
Packaging and labelling verification
Batch documentation and traceability
Stability monitoring
Proper storage and handling
Investigation of deviations and quality failures
Only products that meet the applicable release requirements should be authorized for distribution.
4. Pharmacovigilance and Adverse Event Monitoring
Product safety does not end when a product leaves our manufacturing facility. Jehyson is committed to monitoring the safety and quality of its products throughout their lifecycle.
We encourage healthcare professionals, distributors, pharmacists, patients and other stakeholders to report suspected adverse drug reactions, product quality complaints, suspected defects or other safety concerns associated with our products.
All safety-related complaints will be appropriately documented, assessed, investigated and escalated where necessary. Post-marketing surveillance is intended to continuously monitor the quality, safety and efficacy of pharmaceutical products throughout the supply chain and their shelf life. (NAFDAC)
5. Product Complaints, Recall and Corrective Action
Jehyson maintains procedures for receiving, investigating and responding to product complaints.
Where a product is identified as potentially defective, unsafe, falsified or otherwise unsuitable for use, appropriate corrective and preventive actions will be initiated. Where necessary, Jehyson will cooperate with relevant regulatory authorities and distribution partners to facilitate an effective product withdrawal or recall.
Our objective is to ensure that potentially unsafe products are identified quickly, appropriately contained and prevented from reaching or remaining with consumers.
6. Supply Chain and Distribution Safety
We recognize that product safety depends on the integrity of the entire supply chain. Jehyson therefore works to ensure that products are appropriately stored, handled, transported and distributed in accordance with their specified requirements.
We also seek to work with reputable suppliers, distributors, pharmacies, hospitals and other healthcare partners who share our commitment to product quality and patient safety.
7. Counterfeit and Substandard Product Awareness
Jehyson is committed to protecting consumers from counterfeit, falsified and substandard products. We encourage stakeholders to purchase Jehyson products through legitimate and authorized channels and to report suspected counterfeit or suspicious products.
NAFDAC provides mechanisms for reporting suspected poor-quality, falsified or unregistered medical products, including submission of product and purchasing information and supporting evidence.
8. Continuous Improvement
Product safety is a continuous responsibility. Jehyson regularly reviews quality information, complaints, safety reports, manufacturing processes and other relevant data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Where weaknesses or risks are identified, appropriate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) will be implemented, monitored and reviewed for effectiveness.
9. Management Responsibility
Senior management is responsible for ensuring that adequate resources, competent personnel, appropriate systems and a strong quality culture are maintained to support product safety.
Every employee and business partner has a responsibility to uphold Jehyson’s product-safety principles and immediately escalate any concern that could affect product quality or consumer safety.
